I just wanted to ask, how do you deal with leg pains?
I get pretty bad shin splints, as well as pains in my ankles and knees, so I was wondering if you had any advice for what to do about that. it's putting me off running, which sucks. :(
also any advice on how to deal with overall muscle soreness after runs would be much appreciated.
Thank you! About leg pains, I’ve only had ITBS so far, and for that I went to an ortho. I was advised to incorporate stretching and strength training into my running. I’m doing yoga now but I’m too lazy to do strength training.
About muscle soreness, stretching after runs helps, as well as ice baths (I’ve never done that though - I just take a bath with cool water). Hope that helps!
