Meh
I hadn’t been able to run the past week and it was awful. Awful! At first, I missed running days because I was busy with family stuff - sister came in from out of town and there was a party. Then I missed running days because of the weather!
Monday night - I slept early (well, early for me is 11:30 pm) so I could wake up early the next day.
Tuesday morning - I did wake up quite early but it was raining. I decided to postpone the workout and move it to the next day. Tried to sleep early yet again.
Wednesday morning - I woke up to strong rains. I was getting crabby and feeling all bloated and heavy. Determined to run the next day come rain or shine, I turned in early again.
This morning - Woke up to a light drizzle. I started getting ready before it starts to pour. I was running at an easy pace when my ITB started acting up again (what a complete diva!) so I decided to stop at 3.3 kms. To think I only missed 1 yoga class!
Well. I guess some (mileage) is better than none. :/
